KEO Camp Privacy Policy
KEO Camp (www.keocamp.com), an online camp offered by Envoy Education, LLC, is intended for parents and guardians of our campers. We firmly believe in the importance of your privacy. By using and accessing our website, you are accepting the terms and conditions outlined in the privacy policy.
In keeping with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), KEO Camp limits the collection of personal information from children. The information we collect and the manner in which we collect it is outlined below.
- Information Provided When Registering. When you register your child for KEO Camp, we collect your name, postal address, phone number, email, password, and billing information.
- Cookies. We or our third-party providers (eg Google Analytics) may use cookies to log information. Cookies are small data files used to enhance the website user experience or to store passwords so that you need not enter it each time you log on. We may also use cookies to analyze which segments of our landing page or website are used most frequently by visitors.

If you wish to provide information , without registering for an upcoming camp, we will use the information for purposes of updating you on new programs, asking if you would like to register for a program, or general announcements. If you respond that you do not wish to receive further emails, we will not send further emails but may store your information on an “unsubscribe” list.

- We use your information to address/answer questions or concerns and provide customer service.
- We use your information to send you announcements, marketing materials, program materials, and other administrative messages.
- We use your information to provide you with products and services you request.
- We use your information to investigate, protect, and deter against unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
We do not sell your information to third parties and only share it with our partners involved with payment processing for purposes of processing your payment for our programs.
